Abdul Hakeem, a popular Malayali vlogger known for his investigative-style content, was recently apprehended by the UAE police for using narcotics. Hakeem, who carved a name among netizens for valiantly standing up to drug mafias and exposing them, went through an embarrassing situation after he was caught using narcotics while live streaming on the social media platform 'Kick'. It was a gaffe as the vlogger thought that he had ended the stream long ago.
Realising the gravity of the situation, Hakeem attempted to flee the country, but was held by the UAE police. Actor Antony Varghese, popularly known as 'Pepe', has since weighed in on the incident with a mocking remark.
The actor shared the news of the arrest with the sardonic comment, "He was a truly innocent man; may God bless him." Abdul Hakeem—known by his social media nom de plume 'Ente Cassette'—is the same individual who had previously alleged that Antony Varghese attempted to sexually exploit a young woman. Hakeem had also leaked private chats between Antony and the woman via Instagram.
