NEET PG EXAM

NEW DELHI: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) denied news of a question paper leak of the NEET PG 2026 exam, scheduled to be held on the 30th of this month. The board warned candidates to be vigilant against fake messages and accounts claiming that the question papers are available through social media platforms like Telegram, WhatsApp and Instagram.

Union Health Minister JP Nadda reviewed the exam preparations and directed officials to strengthen security measures. This time, as per the changes made in the exam structure, the total number of questions has been reduced to 180. The exam duration is 210 minutes - that is, three and a half hours. The exam is being conducted in a single shift at around 1300 centres in 340 cities across the country.

Admit card distribution from today

The National Board of Medical Sciences Education announced that the admit card distribution for the NEET PG entrance exam will start from today. The admit card can be downloaded through the official portal nbe.edu.in. It was earlier announced that the distribution would start on the 27th. Later, it was shifted to the 24th. However, considering the situation in Assam and Meghalaya, which are facing flood damage, the distribution will start today.

The exam will be held from 9 am to 12.30 pm. Students should take a colour printout of the admit card to reach the exam centres. Information regarding the exam centre, time and other guidelines will be available on the admit card.
