Physiotherapist arrested for attempting to sexually abuse patient during session

KANNUR: A physiotherapist has been arrested on the complaint of attempting to sexually abuse a woman during physiotherapy. The incident happened at Payyannur in Kannur. The arrested is Sarath Nambiar, owner of Arogya Wellness, a physiotherapy centre.

The incident happened in March 2025. The woman, who was under severe mental stress, revealed about the incident during counselling. Sarath had earlier been arrested in Kannur in a similar case.
