THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The first budget presentation of V D Satheesan government has begun. Speaker Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan, who took the chair, invited Chief Minister V D Satheesan, who is handling the finance department, to present the budget. The chief minister is presenting the revised budget for 2026-2027 in the assembly.
