The speech given by Dhanush at a blood donation camp organised by his fans yesterday triggered the rumours. Dhanush called on his fans to engage in social activities beyond film festivals.

"A large number of people have gathered in one place. Such a gathering has great power. We need to focus on more social activities beyond audio launches and gatherings. Understand the needs of the people in your area and help them in any way you can. I feel prouder of you that way. I hope you will do it," Dhanush said during the event.
