KASARGOD: The SFI has not taken any action against Kasaragod district secretary K. Anurag over a complaint filed by a young woman. Reports suggest that the organisation has decided not to take immediate action and may try to resolve the issue through discussion with the complainant. The woman, who is an SFI area committee member, had submitted a complaint to the CPM district leadership. She alleged that Anurag sent several obscene messages and images to her through WhatsApp.

The woman had earlier submitted a complaint to the SFI Thrikkaripur area committee two months ago, but no action was taken. Following this, she directly approached CPM district secretary Rajagopal with the complaint. However, party leaders have reportedly decided not to take immediate action against Anurag.
